Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. However, there may be additional shipping costs for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories. If additional shipping costs apply to your order, we will inform you of these costs before processing your order.
White Glove Delivery
For an additional fee, we offer white glove delivery service. With this service, your furniture will be delivered by a team of professionals who will unpack your furniture, assemble it, and place it in the room of your choice. They will also remove all packaging materials, so you don’t have to worry about cleaning up. Please note that white glove delivery service may not be available in all areas.
Damage in Transit
We take great care to ensure that your furniture arrives in perfect condition. However, accidents can happen during transit, and sometimes furniture can be damaged during shipping. If your furniture arrives damaged, please notify us immediately, and we will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a refund.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States and its territories.
Returns and Exchanges
